Thank you for your interest in our club.
The BCA has eight (8) Divisions, which govern local activities throughout the entire country. All Applications for Membership are considered, accepted pr rejected at the quarterly meeting of the Division in which you reside. All Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and in good standing with the AKC.
STEP ONE
Select the division you live in the majority of the year and click the link to request information about clubs in your area and the application documents (includes the Application Form with the BCA Code of Ethics/Release of Liability Statement on page 2).
If you do not live in Division I, you can access your Local Division Information on the Divisions Page under the BCA Tab on the main menu.
STEP TWO
Read through the application and the BCA Code of Ethics (on the back of the application)
STEP THREE
Fill in the application, sign and date it (doing so signifies that you have read and agree to, the BCA Code of Ethics). You can download a fillable application in .pdf format here.
STEP FOUR
Your sponsor must fill in their portion and sign and date the application. BCA requires that all applicants be proposed by a BCA member in good standing. Any membership application not signed by a BCA member in good standing will not be considered by the Division Board.
STEP FIVE
Mail your completed and signed application back to the Division Secretary where you reside. If your application is for foreign membership, please mail it to the Division Secretary where you will be associated (Usually where your sponsor resides). Include a check with your annual fees.
· $30.00 per domestic (USA) member.
· Foreign members $40.00 (US Dollars).
· There is an additional mailing fee for members living outside the US: $10 for Canada and Mexico; ($40 Offshore mailing fee) Members receive the Bulldogger, the official BCA publication which is published quarterly.
